The name of the new company was determined as IonBreton, and all machinery and equipment to be produced by the company will be exported to every region of the world through Breton's sales network.

Breton Chief Executive Officer Dario Toncelli stated that the synergy created by the combination of the knowledge, expertise and experience of the two companies is far beyond the sector and thanks to this synergy, both cost-effective and fully automated systems can be produced.
