Rixos Water World Aktau, Kazakhstan

This waterpark hotel was built in the shores of Aktau to the Caspian Sea. Many different types of stones has been specified for the hotel project, from beige to black, from Marmara Stripes to green marble. Ionic Stone supplied many different stones that were not in our usual range but blocks were required and they were processed at our factory, ensuring the highest workmanship and quality of manufacturing. The project, in total, was 9,000 m2 and the production was completed in 4 months.

Marina One, Singapore

It was a very prestigious project undertaken by both the Singaporean and the Malay Governments. Three different stones were used, one from Greece, one from Italy and one from Turkey, our own quarry's material, Lilia, of the LG selection. The total quantity was in excess of 12,000 m2 and we produced and shipped the entire order in 3 months. All tiles were dry-laid at our factory.

Residential House, Surrey, UK

In partnership with StoneCircle, Silver Light marble slabs were used for the worktops and staircases in this prestigious project.

Grand Hyatt, Doha, Qatar

The hotel was a part of Msheireb Downtown Doha project. Our own Lilia Standard was specified for the project instead of Crema Marfil from Spain, as Lilia has superior characteristics compared with the Spanish stone. The project total was 17,000 m2 and it was completed in 5 months.

Vintners Place, London, UK

Our client Grestec Tiles has approached us for Silver Light (Karesi Light) Honed Marble for the reception areas. The project was completed in 2021, the architects used 600x600x13 as per their design requirements.

London Dock, London, UK

Our tiles were chosen by St George PLC, part of Berkeley Group for the multi-million London Dock residential development. Over the course of 1 year, we supplied black metro porcelain tiles & Carrara metro porcelain tiles for the bathroom walls in 10x20cm size, Carrara hexagon honed marble mosaics & St Laurent hexagon honed marble mosaics for the bathroom floors and finally vanity units in Carrara White as well as St Laurent marbles. Marble tiles were manufactured in our own factory and the porcelain tiles were sourced from our overseas supplier network.

Hilton, Baku, Azerbaijan

Two different types of marble, Lilia LG and Emperador Dark were used, the latter was to complement the main colour, which was light beige of Lilia. Also, certain designs of inserts cut with waterjet were incorporated into the design.

City of London, London, UK

In partnership with In Situ PLC, we have completed another prestigious project using Silver Moon (Tundra Grey) marble honed tiles. The architects specified large pentagon shapes and the shapes were manufactured with water jet machines. During the whole process, the clients and architects visited our factory and handpicked each slab and tile.

Financial District, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

The quantity ordered was in excess of 12,000 m2. However, the order was made up of 1,700 different sizes, which made it very hard to cut at a factory environment. Two stones, Ivory and Noce veincut travertines with cement filling were used in the project. The tiles were laid in one of the twelve luxury apartments built in the construction site.
