For a number of years feature walls have been a popular choice with people looking to create a vocal point within a space. But with the development of various geometric tiles such as hexagons, we have seen an increased popularity in people using the floor space within their designs to create the same effect as a feature wall.  Hexagons, Chevrons and Herringbones can offer an impactful way to liven up a space and create an eye-catching and strong visual effect with a neutral colour pallet to keep the simplistic elegance of marble.

 

Onyx
Onyx is quickly becoming a popular stone, with strong colour characteristics making it attractive for projects looking for a product where the appearance aids in creating additional aesthetic value to an environment. Onyx is steadily making its way into some of the most fashionable and exclusive areas with its unique edge, as long as it is maintained well Onyx can stay looking beautifully new for many years. Textured Tiles
We already saw an increased popularity in our vast range of textured splitface tiles in 2021 and we expect that popularity to steadily increase into 2022. This is not a shock as textured tiles really do add a new dimension to an area and create a fantastic 3D effect making it the perfect feature wall in a variety of different settings. We have a wide range of splitface tiles available but one of our most popular is the Glacier Grey Riven Cladding, this tile looks fantastic under spotlights as the reflection from the lights really makes the natural sparkle embedded in the tile stand out. I think one of the things that make textured tiles so popular is that they look fantastic in almost every setting you can think of, I’ve seen them used in conservatories, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms and hallways and every time it has really made a beautiful addition to the space.
